CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that last-minute things can happen, and we truly appreciate open communication. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be charged 50% of the service total. • No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings or may limit online booking access.
